All personalized items are created and customized after order and payment processing. Please be aware that due to restrictions and influx of orders processing and shipping may take up to 5 weeks for delivery during busy periods. We work hard to ensure your items are delivered as quickly and safely as possible. (Pick up options are available in the Chicago area).

All Jibbit orders are processed within 1-3 Days (Not including weekends or Holidays). Please keep in mind that although we try to keep track of our inventory as best as we can we do also attend pop ups in our home town & during those times many designs may run out of stock with out us knowing immediately. If this is the case we will refund you for the particular design(s). Shipping For Jibbitz can be anywhere from 3-10 days, although we try to work fast with shipping the carriers delays are out our control. Once the order(s) have left our premises it is out of our liability/control. Thank you for understanding.
